As part of the 'existing business' consumer marketing team, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in planning and executing the marketing plans. Key areas of responsibility will include:- developing integrated marketing plans in conjunction with key stakeholders- working with agency and internal partners across the key disciplines (packaging, media, advertising, PR, social media & promotions)- be accountable for the total marketing budget associated with specific activities- Partnering with Supply Chain to manage commercialization of key initiatives- Partnering with Sales on the development and 'sell in' of plans- Partnering with Insights to identify key opportunities and track the performance of key marketing initiatives. In addition to functional excellence, the successful candidate will also be expected to demonstrate leadership within the broader commercial environment.

3-5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in consumer packaged goods).The successful candidate will have - strong analytical, strategic thinking and planning skills- good consumer understanding- strong interpersonal skills that will allow them to successfully lead cross functional teams- Demonstrated ability to build a brand from its core.- Demonstrated innovative thinking skills and project management skills- Candidate must have experience successfully influencing key stakeholders.
