Position Responsibilities: Manage a business via development and execution of consumer-led brand initiatives. This leader must be able to leverage strategic insights and executive thought leadership to articulate a vision for the team that translates to specific imperatives. The leader must also identify and align key resources that enable achievement of the team's vision and fiscal year Annual Operating Plan targets. This position requires effective interaction with agencies, Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology. This position also requires strong knowledge of supply and selling systems, as well as solid P&L management skills. Develop a strategic plan to position brand as the next Core brand within company and garner internal support for significant investment. Develop strong targeted marketing ideas that connect with the core consumer. Coach and develop direct reports. Lead consumer research to better understand consumer attitudes/needs and trends. Lead direct report(s), agencies and other partners to execute AOP initiatives, including research & development, new products, advertising and internal communication.

Education Required: MBA
 
Position Experience: MBA required. 5-7 years of CPG brand management experience. Demonstrated leadership in the development and execution of brand and innovation initiatives. Ability to build strong agenda and sell it internally. Strong creative thinker/problem solver. Experience leading agencies/matrix partners. Strong project management and analytical skills. Demonstrated mastery of working cross-functionally with internal and external partners. Strategic brand management skills. Brand positioning / consumer segmentation experience. Experience collaborating with Regions Sales Teams and Customer Marketing Teams.
