Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Associate Manager, Market Research and Consumer Insights is provide research support and business analysis on assigned areas of business to internal clients (Brand Marketing teams and other key functions) based on in-depth knowledge of custom and syndicated methods.
Provide consumer based business insight integrating all relevant data sources.
The incumbent will manage research suppliers and clients to ensure quality control on data collection and analysis, manage the MRCI department budget and develop effective partnerships with Brand Marketing teams in order to help drive decisions that impact the success of our brands Internal customers include assigned Brand Teams, Category Management, Research & Development Finance, Sourcing & Supplier Development.
External customers include Advertising Agencies, Promotion Agencies, Research Agencies.
This position is highly visible to senior management of the Marketing team.

Experience:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2-3 years related work experience (market research, consumer insights)
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Corporate Market Research Department (CPG preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years practical experience with both Custom and Syndicated research
Strong analytic, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to handle many projects simultaneously and work well under high-pressure circumstances
Enthusiastic, team player
Able to adapt to change
