The EU General Manager will lead all efforts in the UK and EU. This includes building the organization to successfully launch new items and grow revenue for existing items. This company has several innovative items they want to bring to market and need a leader to build the sales, marketing, operations and financial organization to deliver on the companies business plan.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the organization in the successful attainment of all objectives.
Penetrate the top 4 customers and build strategic partnership relationships.
Lead as an entrepreneur to generate new business and launch new items.
Develop best-in-class account management processes and practices to drive consistency across all accounts.
Promote and maintain a positive rapport with all key customers to achieve company objectives.
Cultivate respect, support, and business partnering of all senior management with all key accounts to ensure the achievement of goals.
