The SR Brand Manager New Products is responsible for the development of new products and Innovation pipeline across several key brands.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop innovation and new products that will deliver profit and market share objectives
Identify new product and line extension opportunities,directing R&D activities in product testing and development
Partner with Marketing Research to develope a thorough understanding of the consumer,translating behavior and need into key insights to support pipeline direction
Leading cross functional and consulting resources to develop new products that will drive topline
